Awesome Brand BCAA

I love the SFH brand - such pure and natural ingredients not normally found in pre-workout/protein products but they give me a weird tingling sensation all over my body about 20 minutes after I drank it I know it has to do with the specific ingredient they use, but I don't remember which one. I started using half a pack or even 1/4 and it made a huge difference. I still get the energy I need without the tingling which is very uncomfortable and strange for me. Highly recommended!
