excellent! I added a 1/4" nylon spacer behind the brackets to push the stereo out a bit (had to use slightly longer screws), but this meant that when I put the pad back on, the stereo pads stuck between the stereo and stereo frame and it fits perfectly. There is VERY little left and right wobble if you want to be picky, but you never notice it. I think the biggest problem people have with this pad is, that the factory brackets mount the stereo too far back, so no nylon pads.
