Programmed with Customer Service

I have recently purchased several Mighty Mule products: MM260 lightweight gate opener, 10w solar panel kit, electronic gate lock, pin lock, about 5 extra transmitters and 2 of these keypads. . The gate was installed and worked perfectly for about a month. But when I tried to program my keyboards, I encountered a problem. I followed the instructions and successfully "learned" my transmitter and then successfully changed the master code. The problem was that they did NOT serve my gate. It was a headache. I went through the steps several times, made sure I wasn't wrong, that's the name of the support service. I have the MOST HELPFUL and FRIENDLY customer service representative, Julian! The problem turned out to be that I was using one of my OEM transmitters to pair the keyboards, not the one that said Mighty Mule on the body and that came with my gate opener. The rest looked the same as the MM station except they didn't have their logo on the body. After going through this process with the original MM transmitter, they worked flawlessly. Julian walked me through the process of programming both keypads on the phone including changing the master code, adding a login code and testing both devices every step of the way. Thank you Julian, you were very professional and easy to work with. IMPORTANT! When programming keyboards, always use the original Mighty Mule transmitter!
