I've seen someone write that the SD card is not fully inserted but I noticed that it is inserted the wrong way around, so when inserted Right, it goes all the way! As well as excellent picture and sound quality.

If you don't want to pay monthly cloud storage, the only storage option is a local SD card on the camera. So if you have a thief, just take/break your camera and it's over. A rather ridiculous oversight by the Eufy team.

I understand that you are not referring to this product as wireless, but showing images of your product with no wires and lights on is misleading and my experience is now very sour. I get angry and frustrated with the false expectations that have been put in my head. I didn't want a wired camera. However, here I am with a wired camera. Please make changes to all your product listings to avoid similar disappointment in the future.

The hardware itself is excellent. Software and cloud storage are misleading. This one records in 2k but can't store footage in the cloud at 2k, only 1080. I wanted 2k to see license plates and faces for a better picture if a burglar ever comes to me. With 1080 you can't get the same clarity as you can with 2k or 4k when zooming in on faces. I gave this product 3 stars but a small change made it 5+ stars. This is a great product at a great price, but I and I think most users have one major downside. I use this for security and get security alerts when motion is detected that I want to be alerted to (pet, person, etc.). The product is very easy to set up. I was satisfied with the image quality (day and night) and the application is quite easy to use. I love the free 14 days of online storage plus local SD storage. But annoying notifications are quite a drag for me, and it worries me that I ignore an IMPORTANT notification because I think my system is crying the wolf again.
