I gave this product 3 stars but a small change made it 5+ stars. This is a great product at a great price, but I and I think most users have one major downside. I use this for security and get security alerts when motion is detected that I want to be alerted to (pet, person, etc.). The problem is that you cannot set a custom notification sound for Eufy alerts on iPhone. Eufy simply uses the "default" notification sound. I want to know immediately when a motion alarm is detected. The problem is that I get some notifications on my phone that I don't want to see right away - maybe I'm in a meeting etc. However, it's an all-or-nothing proposition if you want to track your notifications on Eufy in real-time. Time. You should check your phone when you hear the "Default" alert. Yufi please change that. Isn't that hard to do. Make an appointment with your developers.
