You'll get hungry, but you'll survive

So the short explanation is that while they don't fill your stomach, they give your body everything it needs to keep going in an emergency. I tested them part of the day to see how well they would work. Here is the result: The instructions say to take 1 piece every hour for 12 hours a day. In a desperate situation, this can be done every 2 hours. I decided to skip breakfast and only started taking it at 1pm when I felt hungry. These are multi-vitamin appetite suppressant cookies, no magic.

Like many other reviewers, I tested them for flavor and potency in a non-emergency situation. Rather than refusing food, I tried eating lighter than usual to see how much it could compensate for the taste. To me, they taste very similar to pop tarts, maybe a little worse. So, I have serious disease problems when I don't eat enough, hunger affects me quicker than most, which obviously leaves me with a greater need to ensure I'm getting enough nutrients in survival situations because I can't last that long without food.
