I bought this product because I couldn't find original ink anywhere and I decided to take a risk and try this ink despite always being told I should original HP -Use ink. I wish I had tried this sooner because it loads into my printer with no problems and prints fine. I would save a pack of ink because the original was expensive. I've heard from other people that they've had issues with compatible ink not working, but I think you just have to take a risk and give it a try. In my case, I didn't have much of a choice because if that ink didn't work, I could buy a new printer right now. I'm glad I did and hope I've bought some time before I need a printer replacement as my current printer is still working fine.
