In 2019 we installed a new faucet. Imagine our surprise when it stopped working. The button to change the pressure from jet to spray stopped working and the stream from the faucet was extremely weak. Contact the company that made the faucet to see if the head will be replaced with a lifetime warranty. When I called the company, the person who answered the call said that the person handling the warranty claim was not there. I have to call again tomorrow or next week. Is this the service you get after you buy your $350 faucet? So I went to Revain and found this head. Ordered the head and with my Prime membership it arrived the next day. Replacing the head took less than a minute. Now the faucet works.
