Good DC current gain
These transistors were delivered on time and well packed. I measured the DC current gain on several and found it to be in the range of 260 -280. Certainly meeting spec.
Pros
- I haven't used these yet, but they seem to be a good quality
Cons
- Some users may find through hole mounting and the TO-92 package to be outdated and difficult to work with compared to SMD packages
