later Let me start by saying I'm not a huge fan of protein powder but have tried many brands and flavors over the years. I bought the mint chocolate flavor because I thought it would be a great change from your usual boring vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry flavors. I also looked for vegan options. Okay, I just came to the conclusion that ALL protein powders are BAD and you should get a taste for them. Mixing the powder was trial and error. I have found that I heat some water to dissolve the powder and then add it to cold almond milk with a few ice cubes to get rid of the lumps. I've also found that adding a little bit of my favorite creamer makes it less uncomfortable to drink. Yes, it adds a few more calories, but since I don't eat sweets often, ie cakes, muffins, donuts, candies. I'm fine with my sugar intake. DO NOT buy this again. Not only because of the taste, but also because of the amount of product in the tube. This is very deceptive. You open the tube and the powder fills less than half the tube! Not cool COS!
