A few days ago I received the C20 headset and I can say I'm still impressed. I've been using headsets at work for 20 years and spend most of my day talking to clients on the phone. Ever since I started working from home, I've been using my original Apple AirPods. Although they are very comfortable and sound pretty good (some customers said I don't sound that good) they went out after 2 hours of talking and had to be charged. In the few days I've used the C20, it's worked all day (typically 8 hours, most of the time on the phone). When I asked a friend to compare how I sounded with the AirPods and the C20, he said the C20 definitely sounded better. In the past, when using a headset I always wore the headsets on my head, so I find them a little less comfortable than these and a little less comfortable than AirPods, but better sound and better battery life is a reasonable compromise. (and they're not uncomfortable - just a little less comfortable - if you're used to this headphone design I think they'll be fine). They also connect to your phone instantly with no issues. Note that if you're connected but trying to answer a call on the phone itself, the connection will drop. To answer with the headset, you need to press the multifunction button. Small issue, but I would prefer (like AirPods) that they connect directly to the headset when answering a call on your phone. A very minor complaint. Overall I'd say great sound quality, great battery life, fairly comfortable and at $35 great value.
