I ordered a 'new' one for my 2 year old obsessed Spiderman. On arrival it looked untouched and had tags. It wasn't until I cut through the tags and tucked my child in that I realized the left leg had an elasticated leg hole cut into the mesh underneath. I've seen reviews that say the elastic digs into baby's leg. I guess I got a pair that someone cut but then came back without cutting a second leg hole. My child didn't seem to mind the elasticated leg opening on one side and the loose leg opening on the other. He's still wearing a swim diaper. And I don't care about return problems. So I kept it. But I am disappointed that I received a product that was said to have been tampered with by a previous customer.
