I really wanted to give a good review because I take pride in supporting all the small businesses that care about their product but I don't. The gloves match its color (pink), they are soft and warm, unfortunately of poor quality, there are many open threads (as in any finger) and there are really few cuts. I contacted customer service (Lucy) and their response was: Thank you for your email and help. This is because there will be some carving after the machine is made, but it does not affect the quality. We recommend that you use a lighter to heat it and the filament will disappear (NOTE: Be careful not to heat it for too long). I also made 10% discount on this order. We very much regret this and hope for your forgiveness. There's no way I would use a lighter to fix a new pair of gloves, and in fact, a dollar discount won't solve the problem at all. common sense people. My advice: look for better quality gloves and remember: customer service is the most important thing when buying online.
