I read the negative reviews and laughed! There will always be opponents! I'm a person who is always looking for "what's better for the money" and that's it! Skar speakers are very well made and have excellent sound quality. I'm very picky about the sound and these speakers are clearly better than stock speakers. Installed in my car: Skar FSX65 (in each door = 4) and these tweeters (4) along with an IX-10 D4 subwoofer (1). I have a 50w amp (RMS) that comes with my head unit for the main speakers and a 100w amp (RMS) for the subwoofer and it sounds fantastic! I spent less than $200 on all my speakers and turns out I spent $1,000! I spent about $600 on the whole system and anyone who hears my stereo thinks I spent thousands on it! Highly recommend Scar! I would also suggest matching amplifier power (RMS) to speaker power (RMS). The reason people blow up speakers is because they overwhelm them.
