If I didn't have to study but had to sit and work in an office, this mask might work. But after an hour of talking, each of the first five I tried stuffed their mouths with fiber (is it fiberglass?). The mask also had an odd smell, not to mention the smell got more intense after a few hours. NOT worth the money - unless they solve the problem of fiber filling your mouth.
