Review on Inkjet MFP HP Smart Tank 515, color, A4, black by Adam Woods ᠌

Revainrating 1 out of 5

The product is of poor quality, I do not advise.

I think most of the reviews here are faked because this printer is actually the most epic technological set-up you can stumble upon. On paper, everything looks solid, but as soon as you buy (I took it from M. Video), neither the store nor HP itself will confirm any inconsistency with the declared characteristics or any other of your dissatisfaction. Just put it on and rolled up the sleeves.

Pros
  • Easy to change colors. Relatively small compared to other MFPs on the market.
Cons
  • 1) Print speed. He prints 2 pages of text per minute, I checked fifteen times. Then we launched it in the store service - I gave out about 5 pages per minute, in my opinion. It prints color photos even more slowly (about 1 ppm). I have a printer, also HP, ten years old and 10 thousand cheaper at that time, and it works faster. 2) Soft. You need to install a bunch of programs with the repetition of functionality for no reason. That is, in all seriousness, I have two scanning programs installed on my PC. And one of them didn't work. Apparently imposed to the maximum, to be sure. 3) Allegedly, the convenience of connecting from different devices. This printer constantly flies on the computer, then on the phone. I used the general wi-fi network, and his own, USB, too, he constantly flies something and at the right time you have to fiddle with installing it. 4) The speed of work in general. In addition to the slow printing speed, this printer itself is very slow. Turn it on - a minute of waiting. You start the document for printing - another minute of waiting. I say without exaggeration, he clicks something there, clicks, for him to prepare for printing is a whole task.
