I think it's an original part.
ordered on Sunday afternoon. Received the product on Monday afternoon. Would have been a 5 star rating except they don't include the battery. Must get it separately. But it works, and at bargain prices it was about the same. Yamaha has more issues as the battery connector is weak and can break, but the supplier of that part handled it.
