My main complaint (but expected for this type of lamp): Bulbs cannot be changed, so the whole unit has to be sent to e-waste. My minor complaint (more of a mild annoyance than a complaint): the on/off dot works for 2 warm/bright light options as well as on/off which means you have to tap it 3 times to turn it off. If you already touched it 1 or 2 times for other options and forgot and then touched it 3 times you have to do it again. Suggestion for improvement: There should be one touch point for on/off only (it should be bigger and different from others), another for the warmth of the light and keep the current 4 so you can quickly select your preferred brightness. You can also give the dots different textures to play around in the dark or for those with vision issues. Otherwise, I like the size, the shape, the ease of bending the neck, the rather large round lamp head with an anti-glare hole in the middle, the solid base, the overall white optics and most of all the light it emits. It does very well over the work or reading area, as well as when slightly heated - a pleasantly soft light. I've only been using it for 4 months, so I can't comment on durability yet. I use it often every day with different settings.
