Received yesterday, here are my initial thoughts: (1) Well packaged, no problems (2) The helmet itself is good AND it's a bit smaller. (3) Some parts came loose and had to be replaced: the sun visor, the battery cover and the plastic piece on the nose shield. BUT: This was an easy fix, possibly due to travel settings. (4) Phone and music functions are great (iPhone) (5) Instructions are lame - for Bluetooth functions and other "normal" helmet functions. I have 4, maybe 5 but I'm not sure yet. It rubs my forehead and I don't know if it's because it's new or because of the shape of a helmet. Or both. (Yes I had it on for more than 10 minutes) SECOND REVIEW: So I took it to the open road, here are my observations. 1. It fogs up, especially during the morning ride (07:00 / 54F)2. Bluetooth pairing and sound while driving: Awesome.3. Ventilation in traffic: shit, but I had music. And you can open the helmet.4. The helmet performs less than advertised - for a fraction! HOWEVER, the folks at FreedConn offered to send me an XL liner at no extra charge. Hope this makes it better.
