I work as a cleaner. I thought purchasing this item would save me a lot of time and back pain. Not the case.1. The mop bucket handle should be made for little people. I'm 5ft 3" tall and have to stay in a constant curve if I'm going to pull it. 2. The buckets are too small and not deep enough. 3. A squeeze-side bucket has a hole at the top. If the buckets are not together when the mop is spun, the water will fly all over the place. I just put each bucket in the kitchen sink when I need to mop it up so there's no unwanted incident at the customer's house. 5. The mpp handle itself could be a bit longer. Pull out the wiper by hand. This is a plus! Also, I think a few more moves won't hurt.
