I found the secret to make it work faster (try at your own risk but it doesn't bother my skin at all). Apply to dry hair, combing through with a fine-toothed comb just before showering. Don't rub it or it will get on your scalp. Comb in the direction your hair is growing so it doesn't fly all over the place. If you brush it out, you should have 5 minutes and then just wash it off. Use conditioner afterwards to keep your hair from getting so dry. This worked in 5 uses to bring my 90% gray down to around 10%. Try this method again at your own risk, but I've found it works well and quickly. Works the same as the gray JFM gearbox but goes much further. I think I could get 10 uses from this tube.
