trust issues! - Early development and activity toys

The toys are cute and my grandson would love them but the box they sent me has obviously been used and returned and there is no way I would give my grandson away. putting fetal things in his mouth. The description also says it's for 6m+ but the packaging says 12-18m. Although the company returned my money.
