I think it's easy to turn on and off
We gave it to our daughter for swimming. It's so easy to put on and take off. It's nice to have something that opens for baby after a swim in the pool. We bought her a 2T and it fit as expected.

- Decent quality but not worth the price. It is very thin and translucent when wet. Also runs small. About 2 sizes.
