The ability for us as an agency from multiple companies that we represent to have our clients' customers under one roof! That's it!! There are some benefits but I feel like they're just "nice" things not really anything major or beneficial at this point - which isn't surprising considering how early into implementation there has been so far (a little over 5 months).
While implementing with DigiViser last year was easier than anticipated because everything worked almost flawlessly when first introduced; now what used be nice features turn easily back against you once implemented by new people who don’t understand your existing processes/goals anymore. My biggest issue currently comes down more towards poor communication between internal teams across different sites vs issues directly related to software itself such as missing functionality due specifically to lack of training provided prior launch / rollout date etc..
