I love how the collar lights up. Too cool! But the first one had to be sent back because the little red clip inside the clasp broke! This tiny piece of plastic fastener makes the collar fastener tighter. It doesn't keep the collar locked for long. The 1st collar took 1 day, the 2nd - 2 days! Keep in mind this was for an outdoor kitten and he likes to climb etc. The problem is in the design. Why is the clasp held by a tiny piece of plastic? And to make matters worse, the tiny piece of plastic pulls out too easily! It does not make sense!? The breakaway feature on the collar is great for cats, but the collar just won't stay on! With a little pressure, a tiny piece of plastic will pop out or break and be lost. Now the collar is useless! As I said, I tried a second time and the collar still failed. I love the cute design and it lights up incredibly well! I hate that he can't wear it! They aren't cheap and I can't afford to buy 3 collars a week because it looks cool for a while. That being said, it will probably be better for the inner cat. They neither walk through bushes etc. nor do they climb trees. The glowing effect and breakaway features are designed for outdoor safety, and when the collar can be pulled and broken with a slight tug, why bother?! I only wish the clasp was better without the cheap little plastic piece that snaps in place to hold the collar together! Too bad it really shows a great night! There was a problem uploading a photo.
