When going through the support with Huion on why my device wasn't being detected by my computer we found two problems. A driver mismatch (whoops) and that my usb cable does not work to let my pc detect my device. Upon asking for a replacement I was informed I would have to make a video proving the cable did not work despite the customer service man walking through the process with me and coming to the conclusion himself that it was indeed a problem with the cable. Afterwords he more or less refused to help and was sure to put some nice emotes to show how little he cared about the situation. The product so far other than these things have been great. Just don't count on Huion for anything but the lowest amount of help possible.UPDATE: The Usb no longer charges the tablet and I can't get a hold of Huion customer service. Again seller got this to me quick. They've been great. The problem is ENTIRELY Huion's customer support department.UPDATE: 10/13/19- I replaced the charging cord myself BUT since then I've had problems with buttons not working and becoming "stuck" thinking that ctrl or shift is pushed down which alters every shortcut that I want to use. In addition it has stopped charging altogether. If you thought Huion's customer support has gotten better. . . I am one week into this battle of trying to get a replacement for my 8 month old expensive paper weight but after asking for a video of how its not working they sent me things about how they need another video of it not working. In addition they sent me things to download and run for this video that flag my anti virus and gmail as being malicious software.-Update hopefully final ever: -10/17/19 Huion has made good their previous issues and is coming through on their end of the warranty and replacing my Tablet that I had problems with. Their customer service has finally gotten better and this newest person has been very patient with me.
