This is a great drill. Thanks, Dewalt, for the cartridge with the key! Just thank you! Anyone new to the drill, take it! The key chuck holds the drill in place. If you use a drill with a keyless chuck, the manufacturer claims that this allows you to change bits faster. Technically, this is true when you're constantly changing drill bits and every second counts. Otherwise, for goodness sake, keyless ammo is deadly. Your drill no longer holds the drill and you have to hand-tighten it between drills. In fact, this can become a security issue. So that's one of the reasons why this is a great exercise! Even if I put it down to put another board in the pocket gauge, this drill bit lays flat and doesn't tip, which is good because it still rotates. lots of power and I can see an improvement over my old drill. I'm not sure if my old drill was always weaker or if it died over time. Another great thing about this drill is that it is pocketable. When you think of a charging drill, you only think of a headache. If you have access to outlets, get a drill that will fit an outlet like this! If you occasionally do something in the fresh air, just buy a long extension cord. All of this saves you the headaches associated with recharging items. In addition, this drill is very ergonomic. It feels smooth and runs smoothly. It even has a small hole on the lanyard for a cartridge key. I love this exercise.
