Review on 🛠️ Pittsburgh Pro 239 Torque Wrench: The Ultimate Drive Click Stop Tool for Professionals by Dwayne Quarles

I purchased this item last Monday, it was sold by StuffKeith. Bought and completed by Revain. The item arrived on a Wednesday thanks to my Prime subscription and to my surprise when I opened the case I saw that the ratchet head was literally BROKEN INTO PIECE. So I contacted Revain customer service and the rep told me I could return the item and get a refund not a replacement as the item was sold by someone else and only made by Revain. So I have to return the item to get a refund. I decided to buy it again thinking what are the chances of getting a broken item again. And to my surprise. When I opened the box of the overbought wrench, I discovered the ratchet head had BROKEN AGAIN. So be aware that the chances of getting a broken item into your house are pretty high if you buy it from this seller, otherwise I'm out of luck. I've attached a photo of the broken parts.
