The best is sooo cute! The material is beautiful and high quality! They are just super small! π©π©π© I don't think it's fair to give them a bad rating because overall the harness is perfect if it fits. My miniature poodle is about 13lbs and she usually uses an M when she buys a harness from other stores and based on the reviews here to order a size up I bought her an L and it didn't fit so I'm sending her back and order XL .
