I really enjoy using the CeKay V102-A vacuum sealer because it has all the features I appreciate and it's efficient, easy to use and really well built! As you can see from the attached photos, it comes with a quick start guide and a more detailed instruction manual. I had no experience vacuuming and these instructions made the process easy to understand and fun. CeKay Vacuum Sealer comes with 2 spare seals. I particularly like that the plastic roll from which the sealed bags are made is in the machine. Simply open the top, pull out the plastic to get the right size for your bag, close the top and press the "Seal" button (to seal the end of the bag), then slide the cutter via the device to release the bag. After filling the bag with the items you wish to store, open the lid, insert the open end of the bag, close the lid and press the Vac/Seal button. When the vacuuming process is complete (indicated by the indicators on the device), open the top and remove the custom vacuum bag! I am really impressed with the ease and ease of use of this machine which is very well constructed and should last for many years to come! You can also vacuum with separate vacuum bags or canisters as the kit includes 2 air hoses with a gray tip that fits over the air valves on bags or canisters and 3 black tips that fit into the air pump inlet on the inside. CeKay vacuum sealer (see picture with open lid). The powerful pump allows you to quickly and easily evacuate air from free-standing bags/canisters. To do this, press the small black button located to the right of the pump inlet where the hose is attached. I highly recommend purchasing the CeKay V102-A vacuum sealer - you will be very satisfied! PS - Do not vacuum pack cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, or other cruciferous vegetables. I learned the hard way that these veggies give off a nasty gas and should never be vacuumed.
