This item works well for individual cupcakes when you want many pieces at a reasonable price. This is an advancement in presentation when instead of cupcakes on a tray there are separate containers. But there's nothing special in the box, like a viewing window or a pen. The box is big enough that you can put your hand in to put in or take out a cupcake, which is good. However, the downside is that the cupcake has too much room to slide around. If the box had come with an insert it would have been a much better product. Therefore, you need to decide how much movement you want the cupcake to withstand during transit and how elegant your presentation should/need to be. You pay a lot more for these features.
