I would like to point out that I researched these things before purchasing. I know it's not the most expensive or cheapest, but it seems to have the most consistent reviews. And that combined with the fact that I really liked the green and gold color and the unique style! But after retiring and trying it, I'm very disappointed. Firstly, I already knew this wasn't going to be a good experience when I opened the package a bit. while the back and the side/part of the product that the cup is intended to sit on are not attached to the bottom. It rises and you squeeze it while watching it move up and down to show that it is NOT fixed. This is VERY important as this half is where the "hot stove" is and it says to put a cup on it. So every time I lift my cup, I see the plastic top rise and fall. A good pin is also very loose. He rocks back and forth, reckoning it won't last long. Also, between the user guide and the instructions/details here, there is NO explanation of what the 'Assign' button does versus the 'Timer' button! This is confusing because I don't know why I need to click and select the meeting time AND the timer time interval. And you can't select a "timer" timeframe without having a "target" timeframe first - and the timeframes don't match, so it's just another question as to what they are for and why both are needed. Anyway, I wanted this because I want/like a very hot drink and wanted something nice for my desktop. This one I'm holding is "a little" hot. It's not the worst, but not even remotely excellent. Again, as the buttons are confusing, so is dialing numbers - who knows how hot it must be! I will contact the seller and send it back. I'd be happy to return it if they could explain the knobs and make sure what I'm getting is assembled correctly.
