Cheap lantern in bright stripes
Cheap lantern but will work until I buy a better one if it lasts that long. The clasps are pretty light. The light pattern is complete with no spots. It illuminates the sides of the road well and the distance it illuminates isn't very far. A bright beam on a jeep illuminates the road farther than this lightbar, but the lightbar illuminates the sides of the road in a way you can understand. Helps to see deer and vermin in ditches. The quality is cheap chinese so you have been warned.
