Waste of Money - Useless!
After trying this product, I can confidently say it's a waste of money. I didn't see any improvements in my workout or muscle gains. The only pro is the price was reasonable, but that's really it. Cons? It did absolutely nothing for me. Save your money and look for other options in the "Amino Acids" category in "Sports Nutrition" to keep your health and household in check.
