What was I thinking! There was a reason I didn't buy a Dremel for years. They're cheap, so they often fail! A $16 engraver? I should have known better. The most important part of the tool, the system that the Dremel used to hold the cutting tool in place, had failed. The small screw could never hold the racquet and eventually broke off. So he failed and couldn't perform an operation. But I'm not really surprised. You'd think they "got it" after so many years! The low price doesn't help if it doesn't work, and if the bit can't be held properly, the tool won't work! What should these inferior toolmakers do to stop wasting our time! He comes back.
