I absolutely HATE this organizer. It's made everywhere but not in the US, piece of junk! After trying to assemble it all night I had to wait for my husband to try it. He replied HOW MUCH did you pay for that shit? I contacted Revain, then the manufacturer. I was told it was the wrong order. So I wrote to the manufacturer and then to Revain. It is equivalent to this. it comes in several boxes of blue plastic, the sides of which are made of a strange material, at least not plastic. As soon as he collected it and we put a ball of yarn in it, the bottom fell off. APPROX. The Mary Maxim Company is the company I got it from. Not only is their customer service terrible, but so are their products! I will pay much more attention to where my products come from.
