The quality of this product is definitely in line with the best products on the market. This is definitely not a leather sling for beginners as you can trim or even cut the leather. Try other cheaper leather slings and leave these behind when you switch to an expensive sling. I also applied 2 coats of leather conditioner to soften it up a bit as it is a very thick leather. It also helps provide some protection from hacking. I am absolutely sure that if I continue to take care of this leather sling, the sling will live my life. I plan to pass it on to my son.
