If you use this monitor primarily for gaming, you won't be disappointed. The high refresh rate was a big step up from my previous 60Hz monitor, and the extra field of view due to the space on the sides helped. However, gaming is not my main hobby and I also use this monitor for work (computer programming) and watching videos. My main issue with this monitor is color accuracy. Bright red colors always look very washed out compared to my old ASUS ProArt, no matter how hard I calibrated. If you're just looking for a gaming monitor and don't care about color accuracy, consider this monitor. In my case, I think I'll trade it in for a 27-inch 4K Dell monitor.
