Perfect for long runs
Been using this during my training for a half marathon in the Texas heat. With ice water in it, it will keep you a little cool. I was worried about it bouncing but I have not had any issues with bounce and the pockets on the straps will hold a large phone and extra water bottles.

- Front pouch are handy for water bottle or phone.
Cons
- The backpack design may not appeal to all users
