I was looking for an apron for my workshop where I do a lot of grinding and metalworking. I had Mechanix Wear which I had worn out. It was also a bit too short. The NY Sky apron I received is made of durable canvas. The stitching is good, the edges of the stitching are well finished. I don't use all the pockets but there are plenty and they are well placed. The description says "forked". I don't know what that means because the apron has a solid front that falls just below my knees (I'm 6ft) - the perfect length for me. I would have preferred split legs but so far it's working well. My only disappointment is the straps and that's my fault. My apron had straps that crossed at the back and wrapped around the front. Not the best for a store. But the apron packaging describes several different strap options you can have! Well done New York Sky! I sewed the ties from my old apron to the new one and have been using it for about a week now with no problems.
