Pros: The backpack is very large which is a plus and reasonably comfortable if you have a 15 inch laptop and a plus in it with some other items that is in Order. I tried it with some everyday objects that I carry with me that didn't suit my needs. I'm using the surface and carrying some heavy books and it felt like something in the middle of the backpack was poking me. I tried it on my sister's laptop (15 inch) and it got a lot better. Cons: The USB charging port doesn't work. I tried it with two different charging cables, it didn't work with my cell phone. Also, the backpack doesn't look like it will protect the laptop well from impacts inside the backpack. With no dividers there isn't much to organize either and the pen pocket area can only hold a maximum of 2 when the backpack is half full.
