Arrived so damaged it's not even worth the shipping cost to get a refund
As you can see by the saw marks and how these hooks broke on the cord, this happened during production, not while transporting. It's so badly damaged that I'm not even asking for a refund as the only refund option is to send it back. I don't spend any money or resources on this. Returning the product costs me more than buying it and definitely more than manufacturing it. If the company still wants to refund my money, that's great, but actually returning those things is a waste of time.
