Or constant heat in heaters

I get SO cold when I shower, so I usually always have a heater... Something happened to what I had last winter. I needed a new one so I decided to try this one. When I turn on the heating, I expect warmth! I don't want cold air coming out of my heater! So I'm sending this one back and looking for another one.
