I liked the idea of a variety of colors for kids to choose from. The price for 48 hats is not bad and the quality was as expected for a bulk purchase. The problem I have is that the size is very small. I have bought children for a transition home before they are placed with a foster family. Sizes should be larger if at least half of them are larger. I doubt most teenagers placed in transition homes can wear them. I know they get good use but if I knew they were that small I would consider another purchase for older children.
