chair delivered within 3 days of order. The instructions were given in IKEA fashion and assembly was fairly easy. The chair is fine, an ordinary ergonomic office chair. However, what definitely struck me was the poor quality of the parts, including the screws. One of the components used to adjust the elevation and tilt has a lot of yellowish metal parts instead of the silver/shiny look that NEW metal parts should have. I paid almost $200 for this NEW chair, everything should be new and durable, but I doubt this chair will last. Also the screws and tools come in the same packaging, when i removed the screws i saw rust spots on the packaging and components like the screws look quite used and worn, i don't even understand how supposedly NEW screws can look so battered, but we are here. Based on my observations I would not recommend this chair, at least not yet, would recommend your local hardware store or somewhere you can actually test the quality of the product. The value for money is too low. I will add photos and report in a few days with an update on comfort.
