A cooler was installed and initially worked perfectly. After 500 km it started to flow heavily. It even dripped in the driveway when not under pressure. The leak was due to the lower flange connecting the lower radiator hose to the tank. Due to a defect, I was able to get a replacement radiator from Revain. We installed a second cooler that had the same problem. The mechanic disassembled the flange and found that the installed o-ring was too small to ensure a good seal. He went to one of his dealers and was able to get the right seal and install it. The cooler is now working properly. However, a few days without a car made me very sad.
