I have a black/grey color that goes perfectly with my black/grey interior. Looks like "Factory". Others have found that this element really makes the steering wheel heavier, and it really is. Whether it's good, bad, or irrelevant is up to you. I don't care about that aspect. I expected some trouble because many others noted that it was some kind of struggle. But everything went pretty easy for me, it only took a few minutes. There was indeed a slight twitch, but not excessively. Maybe I just stumbled on the right technique. One caveat - the lid doesn't slip at all when you put it on, so do yourself a favor and make sure the 10 and 2 o'clock platforms are properly aligned or it will be a rework.
