This shampoo and conditioner stinks! I have been using Joico products for over 30 years and I am very disappointed in them. The conditioner doesn't leave a silky feel and doesn't smell at all, the shampoo stinks and doesn't leave the hair feeling clean. Not to mention the full static after blow-drying. You would also think they would give you pumps for those huge bottles after spending so much money on this reputable company. To top it off; I can't reach anyone in customer service by phone. UPDATE: So I finally got in touch with someone from customer support and got a refund. The customer service representative was everything - no need to send it back. I'm fine, I'll just throw it away. CS agent - or you can give it to someone. Me and the CS agent - I'm giving it to someone I don't like. We both laughed. She was very nice. Just contact support, they are always ready to help.
