I have other Chicago Mattalic cake pans and love them so I decided to try this cake pan, love the carrying lid too. I love the pan, it's strong, doesn't warp when hot and baked my cupcakes well. I am very happy that I received it. I had some batter that was cooked in a pan and removed immediately by simply wiping it down with a cloth. I used muffin cases so I can't comment on how good they would have been if I hadn't, but seeing how easily a small amount of batter came out makes me sure the muffins or cupcakes would have come out clean . dislike the supporting part of the lid. The topper itself is ok but it feels cheap and I don't think you can demold the cupcakes without ruining the frosting. (see photo) The pan alone would get 5 stars but the carrying lid deducts a star.
