This car cover is NOT WATERPROOF! FALSE ADVERTISING! Don't waste money! This car cover is good! It looks REALLY nice on my car and being able to lock it with the cable that came with it gives me a sense of relief knowing it will never fly away or disappear and will never be stolen. It is very easy to install and remove. Just get in the habit of twisting it a certain way when you take it off, which makes it easier to roll out when you attach it to your car. The tighter you roll it the better, and it ends up in a smaller pile, making it easier to store in either the trunk of a car, the back seat, or the garage. The only problem and the BIGGEST problem I have with it is that it is NOT WATERPROOF, NOT AT ALL! I used it every day for about 3 weeks before the weather changed and then we got our first rain which was a little rain. The next morning after the rain stopped I went outside to see if the cover was waterproof, I put my hand under it and felt my car and found it was wet. I checked other parts of my car and they were wet. The suitcase looked used, already had some black marks from my tires and the top was already dirty, otherwise I would have sent it back for a FULL REFUND for FALSE ADVERTISING! Yes, by the way, I live in Santa Barbara County (California), we don't really have weather changes like Montana, Oregon or Oklahoma for example. Anyway, I'm stuck with the car cover. I would really like to return it for a refund but it's too late. So if anyone reading this is looking for a genuine RAINCOVER car cover, DO NOT buy it, save your money and look elsewhere! And be sure to read any customer reviews of other car covers that might interest you so you don't waste money like I did.
